We hope every ritual feels right from the first use. If something isn't, we'll make it right.

The 30-day window

Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product value. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

How to return

  1. Email hello@eyarituals.nl with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. We'll send return instructions and a prepaid label for orders within the Netherlands.
  3. Drop the parcel at any post point. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it at no cost — no need to return the original.

Items we cannot accept

For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and bodycare products cannot be returned. Gift cards and final-sale items are also non-refundable.
